Delete Your Account
If you no longer want to use Hepplo, you can permanently delete your account directly from the mobile app.
Please note that once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Open Your Profile
Launch the Hepplo mobile app.
Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Scroll to the “Danger Zone” Section
Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page.
You’ll see a red section labeled “DANGER ZONE.”
Step 3: Tap “Delete Account”
Under the Danger Zone, tap “Delete Account.”
Step 4: Confirm Deletion
A confirmation message will appear saying:
“Your account will be deleted permanently. Your data will not be restored again.”
Tap Delete to confirm, or Cancel if you change your mind.
⚠️ Important Notes
Once you confirm deletion, all your data, including bookings, reviews, and account details, will be permanently removed.
Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
